Green Jobs Training Courses (Continuing Education)
In response to our ever changing world, Cedar Valley College has developed a program of studies that will equip our community and students for a sustainable future. With a focus on Sustainable Development and Smart growth, we anticipate utilizing our local resources to help our communities grow in a mindful way that will benefit residents years from now. Continuing education courses are the first of our endeavors to reach out and educate our community on sustainable concepts. We anticipate expanding this program in the future, and will not only include sustainable concepts into all of our traditional curriculum, but we will also create a set of courses that will cater to more specific Sustainable Development topics.

Cedar Valley College (CVC) offers "Green Job" training courses and programs periodically throughout each semester and year in the following areas:

The Sustainable Studies program is partially funded by the Sue Pope Fund, a partner of Downwinders at Risk.
